Netflix has been taking a lot of heat on their DVD allocation policies over the last several weeks, but for those who were thinking of leaving Netflix for Blockbuster you might want to think again. If you read through Blockbuster’s new TOS agreement, you’ll find that they also penalize heavy renters by restricting acess to DVDs.
